  1. Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within 5 business days of receiving them. All orders are shipped on Monday's & Tuesday's only.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

  5. Shipping Restrictions: Please note that certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on their size, weight, or regulations in your region. If there are any shipping restrictions for specific products, we will notify you during the checkout process.

  6. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your fish are dead on arrival please do the following:

  1. Take a picture of your fish or shrimp in their un-opened bag

  2. Send picture to thedirtytank@outlook.com within 24hours of receiving your package

  3. A full refund will be issued (the cost to ship will not be refunded)

  2. Refund request after the 24 hour period
